"Mainly and initially dedicated to the restoration | renovation of traditional furniture , I quickly developed my passion for working with natural or stained wood veneer and all its possibilities (colors, texture, finishes, etc.).
This is how I choose to work, study and develop this technique in my services and creations.
I therefore combine this technique with my desire to revalue old furniture and objects, with the style and elegance of the original and creative work that veneer brings.
In my determination to also enhance the value of my veneer scraps, I have opened my work to the creation of jewelry and always let myself imagine other beautiful unique creations such as decorative elements or lighting.

Atelier Calathéa stands out for its expertise in wood veneering techniques. We transform old furniture and lighting into modern and elegant unique pieces thanks to our artisanal approach. Our meticulous veneering method allows us to breathe new life into objects while preserving their history and adapting them to current trends.
Recognized as a Zero Waste company by the CMA du Gers, we are also committed to valuing each element of our creative process. This is why we offer a unique collection of wood veneer jewelry , made from scrap materials.
Travel throughout the South West
The workshop travels from Auch to Tarbes for an initial meeting to discover the furniture before establishing a quote. For more distant projects, we operate throughout the South-West , covering Occitanie and Aquitaine .
If the furniture is being discovered outside the Tarbes/Auch area, we will begin with a videoconference or telephone exchange to assess your needs and provide you with a suitable quote.
If your home allows it, the makeover, repair or renovation work can be carried out directly on site, taking care to protect your interior and leave it clean after my visit.
For projects requiring specific techniques, excessive travel or when on-site work is not possible, I organize the transport of your furniture to my workshop to guarantee a quality result that meets your expectations.
